Song by Toby – Is it Fair?
The world shakes but no one wakes
There’s a trap
A dream of fears
So cold! A Galus of tears
Will it end today we beg
Where are we to stop?!
Its only now that we remember
When our hope and goals and life
and soul is crushed
You always told me not to forget
To open up and see
I did for him from love
But did I ever know how much it meant to him
How much I was needed
In the war that he waged
He saw beyond our line of vision
He knew victory was awake in precisions
If only we too had such a stance
Maybe just a second sooner we’d have had to last
You worried you almost gave up
You tried and tried and tried again but you weren’t doing enough
Onto a vast and open plane
A little ant is placed
In his lifetime he moves, but where does he gain?!
Maybe an inch or two
Oh how can it be we know the purpose we know everything
You always told me not to forget
To open up and see
I did for him from love
But did I ever know how much it meant to him
How much I was needed
In the war that he waged
He saw beyond our line of vision
He knew victory was awake in precision
If only we too had such a stance
Maybe just a second sooner we’d have had to last
Oh look at me now
Can’t you see how I had to think and believe
And reach out to every other living thing
Building up his dwelling
Waking up from this bad dream
Until we all could see
That finally
He’s crowned forever more!
